- Who owns the client and candidate relationships?
- The member who brings the relationship keeps it. Partnership terms document who owns what before placement work begins.
- Who decides the placement fee split?
- The participating members do. 50/50 is allowed. It is not required. MLSA does not impose a universal split.
- Does MLSA take a percentage of the placement?
- No. Membership covers the network. A successful placement does not create a transaction fee.
- Can employers or job seekers browse MLSA?
- No. MLSA is the multiple listing network for staffing professionals. Employers work through an agency. Job seekers do not browse the network.
