- No candidate poaching
- An originating recruiter may not contact, recruit, or represent an introduced candidate for other roles for 3 months without written consent. Contact details stay private until you choose to share them.
- No client stealing
- Going around a partner to their hiring client is not allowed. You are not required to disclose your client.
- No bulk submittals
- Bulk, unvetted resume blasts are not allowed. Terms are accepted before anyone is sent.
- Verified job postings
- Ghost postings, used to harvest candidates, are not allowed. Jobs on the network are real and available.
